Delivery

 We currently deliver products to anywhere globally subject to our acceptance of the order.

 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. wedding rings-gallery  shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Orders can be collected in person directly from our store with an appropriate proof of identity such as passport, driving license, etc along with the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are collected/delivered.

 In general the delivering agent will be: a) Royal Mail special delivery service for the United Kingdom (including the outer British Isles and Northern Ireland addresses); b) FedEx secure delivery for any other country worldwide; c) In special circumstances, the delivery agent may be a different agent, nominated by wedding rings-gallery.

 The delivery address is provided by you when placing the order. Goods are deemed to be delivered when our delivering agent delivers them to the delivery address (you will be asked to sign a delivery note) or, in the case our delivering agent attempts without success to deliver the goods at your delivery address, when collected by you at the address indicated by our delivering agent in the ticket he will leave at the delivery address. You are required to collect the goods in 14 working days from receiving the notification by our delivering agent of goods waiting for your collection. Once the 14 working days are elapsed, goods will be deemed to have been delivered successfully and returns can only be made under the return policy conditions.

 You are advised to provide in your purchase order to us a delivery address not accessible by third parties. For the avoidance of doubts, goods are deemed to be delivered when delivered at your delivery address or collected at the collection address indicated by our delivering agent, as the case may be, and not when delivered to you personally.

Return

 We make all our rings from scratch once you confirm the order. They are made exactly to your specification in your choice of metal and finger size. As the ring is tailor-made for you, we can accept 14 days returns or exchanges.  All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Wedding rings- gallery is not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post.

In order to ensure that the withdrawal takes place within the given time it is sufficient to send your notification - or return the goods - within the 14-day period.

Refunds are not authorized for bespoke items , Earrings and engraved items.
